The house was completed in 1969 with unrestricted view to the sea, the Platamonas castle & Mountain Olympus and offers a unique sense of privacy and serenity The Villa accommodates 8 to 10 persons and is divided to 3 levels, ground floor, first floor and a basement. The ground level consists of 3 bedrooms with bathroom, a spacious, luminous living room with fireplace, dining table with monastic decoration, and a large kitchen. On the first floor there is a spacious attic with bedroom, fire place, walk in closet, separate bathroom and magnificent view. The floor is black and white marble and the windows are decorated with Oregon frames. The Villa is surrounded by a large veranda offering to all rooms on the ground an easy access to the gardens with tall pines, cypresses and all kinds of forest trees & flowers.
